The Ministry of Health of Kuwait appointed Gulf Consult to provide construction supervision consulting services for the new Farwaniya Hospital project located within the current Farwaniya Hospital campus. The old hospital will be linked to the new one via air-conditioned bridges, and an underground tunnel will facilitate the service staff’s movement.

Gulf Consult’s role includes supervision of operations onsite to ensure the work being done is compliant with the final construction documents approved by MOH. Gulf Consult duties also include administration tasks, project administration tasks, on-site operations tasks, and contract closing out tasks. The Hospital includes 5 new buildings, each building will house the following
- Building 1: Emergency unit, surgical units, labs, and 955 bed for in-house patients
- Building 2: The main building which includes several types of outpatients like dermatology and physiotherapy
- Building 3: Dental Center
- Building 4: Central Nutrition
- Building 5: Car park for 1,400 cars & MEP services
