This award winning competition design was commissioned by Kuwait Commercial Markets Complex Company for its build-operate-transfer (BOT) bid for the Public Authority for Agriculture Affairs and Fish Resources (PAAF). Gulf Consult undertook the concept design of all recreational, landscape and engineering elements, while the architectural concept was done by Dino Georgio.
