Gulf Consult was commissioned by Ministry of Public Works – Sanitary Engineering, to design and supervise the Central Telemetry Buildings Project.
The Central Telemetry Building is the heart of this project. It houses a large semi-circular Central Control Room equipped with “state of the art” Supervisory Control & Data Acquisition System. This system are envisaged to monitor and control MPW’s Sanitary Engineering facilities such as Pump Stations (Sewage Lifting & Transfer, Treated Water and Storm Water) and Waste Water Treatment Plants.
In pursuance of the Go Green agenda, a large surrounding of the buildings houses open spaces for landscape and plantation. A professionally designed Central Control Room, in accordance with operational safety, comforts and ergonomics will be the Hallmark of Building A. This will be a standard against which other control rooms in Kuwait will be rated.
