The project includes total renovation of the existing ‘Guest House’ building, and the construction of a new V.I.P building linked to it.
The KNG aspired to develop a VIP facility of the highest standard, that is contemporary in its architectural approach, but at the same time effectively utilizing the site. Once completed it will be an elegant facility that is commensurate with what high ranking VIP officers would expect.
The development comprises state-of-the-art facilities which comprises an auditorium that hold up to 320 people with a high quality audio system and a green room. The facility also includes a multipurpose hall for 300 people, VIP lounges with dining area, and guest bedrooms overlooking roof gardens and the extensive surrounding landscape.
